Auteurs :
Claude Chapuis est né à Aloxe-Corton. Bien qu'il ait fait des études universitaires en Bourgogne et dans le Wisconsin, il se plaît à dire qu'il a appris l'anglais en bourlinguant dans l'ouest du Canada et en Alaska ainsi qu'en travaillant dans les vignes de Californie, d'Australie, de Nouvelle Zélande et d'Afrique du Sud. Il est d'ailleurs l'auteur de plusieurs ouvrages sur le vin. Même s'il a toujours la bougeotte, il enseigne l'anglais, la culture commerciale et la culture française à l'ESC Dijon-Bourgogne.
